How it started
When I join a project, my initial focus was to analyse existing workflows and identify pain points and areas for improvement. Following industry best practices, I began creating new designs to enhance the user experience. As the project continued to evolve, I played a key role in developing new features, following closely the acceptance criteria and maintaining a user-centric mindset throughout the development cycle.
Reports
As a part of enhancing the user experience, we aimed to introduce a Custom Reports Section in Reliq, allowing retailers to generate personalised reports based on various parameters such as Stripe Payouts, Top Products Sold, Itemised Order Reports, Orders, Adjustments, and more. This feature empowers retailers to customise the reports according to their specific needs, adjusting parameters like date range, aggregation, and columns.
Product Substitution
With the new system and catalog the goal was to decrease the need for any substitutions.It was crucial to streamline the process for retailers to suggest substitutes effectively due to lack of efficiency in a current tool, leading retailers to resort to phone calls for offering alternatives of equal value. Our objective was to develop an intuitive solution allowing retailers to easily access and select suitable alternatives, therefore reducing reliance on customer service intervention.
Bulk Order
The multi-order shipping label tool offers convenience for retailers, accessible directly from the Reliq order list screen. Upon selecting multiple orders and configuring a shipping carrier, retailers can generate and print shipping labels. Additionally, the tool provides options to filter orders by similar sizes or suggested groups, simplifying the process of creating labels for packages with identical dimensions and weight.
